Whip Finisher, Wasatch "Springo" Rotary

This is a rotary whip finisher with a flexible end that allows the tier to apply extra thread tension and not break the thread. The hook end of the tool will flex if too much pressure is applied to the thread. The handle of the tool is made of cocobolo wood. Length 4 1/2". Item# 2485
