Whip Finisher, Wasatch Springo Midge

A Matarelli style rotary whip finisher tool with a spring mounted on the business end of the tool to reduce tension on the thread. This is a perfect tool to work on when learning the whip finish. The spring has some "give" if too much tension is placed on the tool by the tier. Once the technique has been mastered the tool can still be used like a whip finisher with no spring.
